The itemised rates
Your final invoice is worked out from exactly what we digitise — nothing is estimated or rounded up. This is the same rate card whether you have one box or ten.

Worked example
A typical estate with around 1,000 pages of paperwork and 500 photographs:
1,000 pages × 50p = £500
500 photos × £1.00 = £500
Total: approximately £1,000
How payment works
You're never charged before we're both sure
We collect everything first — there's nothing to estimate or count yourself. As we digitise, the exact page and photo count builds naturally, and that's what your final invoice is based on: the rates above, applied to exactly what was there.
Payment is straightforward
Once everything's digitised, we'll send you a clear, itemised invoice. Once it's settled, your archive and originals are on their way back to you — simple as that. Full terms are available on request.
